Sarah Siegel, LCSW — Co-Founder
Sarah Siegel, LCSW, brings nearly two decades of experience working with adults, adolescents, children, and families across a wide range of clinical settings. Her approach is client-centered, gender-affirming, and psychodynamic, with a strong foundation in family systems work, integrating depth-oriented therapy with a practical focus on helping clients navigate emotional and relational challenges in meaningful, sustainable ways.
Sarah has extensive experience supporting individuals with diverse mental health concerns, including mood and relational difficulties, and has worked within collaborative, multidisciplinary treatment environments. Her background includes supervising clinicians and training graduate-level interns, as well as holding leadership and supervisory roles within complex mental health systems.
Her professional experience also includes work with children and families in educational and community-based settings, where she supported clients through periods of transition, stress, and systemic involvement. Sarah values thoughtful collaboration with other providers and institutions in order to support clients holistically and effectively.
She looks forward to growing the practice to again include expanded work with children and families, as well as providing training and supervision for therapists interested in deepening their clinical work in these areas. Sarah provides services in both English and Spanish.
