Sarah Siegel, LCSW — Co-Founder
Sarah Siegel, LCSW, brings nearly two decades of experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, adults, parents, and families across community mental health, school-based, outpatient, residential, wilderness, and multidisciplinary treatment settings. Her clinical work spans early childhood through adulthood and includes extensive experience supporting individuals and families navigating emotional, behavioral, mental health, and substance abuse challenges.

Early in her career, she worked extensively with adolescents and teen parents through an Early Head Start program, receiving advanced training in prenatal mental health, attachment, infant and early childhood development, and intergenerational family systems. She also completed additional training through the Educational Alliance and the Department of Education focused on adolescent development and working with at-risk youth and families.
Sarah spent ten years working in community mental health with individuals across the lifespan and has received certifications and continuing education in a variety of assessment tools and treatment approaches. She also completed additional continuing education related to hormonal health, mood disorders, and the intersection of hormonal fluctuations and mental health.
Sarah works collaboratively with parents, schools, psychiatrists, and other providers and approaches treatment through a relational, psychodynamic, family systems-oriented, trauma-informed, and CBT-oriented lens. She provides therapy in both English and Spanish.
